By joining our Affiliate Partner Programme, you agree to the following:

1. Affiliate relationship
You are joining as an independent affiliate partner. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between us.

2. Your unique affiliate link
You will be provided with a unique affiliate link or ID. To receive commission, purchases must be correctly tracked through your affiliate link. We cannot guarantee commission where a customer does not use your link or where tracking is prevented or interrupted.

3. Affiliate commissions
Commission rates may vary between products, services or promotions and will be communicated to you when relevant. Commissions are payable only on genuine, successfully completed sales attributed to your affiliate account.

4. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks
No commission is payable on refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or charged-back transactions. Where commission has already been credited for such a transaction, it may be deducted from future commissions or withheld from payment.

5. Payments
Affiliate commissions are paid according to the payment schedule and minimum payment threshold communicated through the programme. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes or reporting obligations applicable to your affiliate income.

6. Honest and ethical promotion
Please represent our products, programmes and services accurately and in good faith. You must not make misleading, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about results, healing, health, income or other outcomes.

You must also clearly disclose that you may receive a commission when recommending our products or services, in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection requirements.

7. Brand and content use
Approved images, copy and promotional materials may be used to promote our products and services as an affiliate. Our names, trademarks, logos, course materials and other intellectual property remain our property and may not be altered, reproduced, resold or used for any other purpose without permission.

8. Advertising and prohibited promotion
You may not impersonate us or present yourself as an official representative of our brands. You may not use misleading advertising, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive practices or unlawful promotional methods.

Paid advertising using our brand names, trademarks or variations of them as search keywords is not permitted without prior written approval.

9. Self-referrals
Affiliate links are intended for genuine referrals to other customers and may not be used to generate commission on your own purchases unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

10. Changes to the programme
We may change commission rates, products, payment arrangements or these Affiliate Partner Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

11. Ending participation
Either you or we may end your participation in the Affiliate Partner Programme at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account and withhold unpaid commissions arising from fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or materially abusive activity.

12. Acceptance
By submitting this form and joining the Affiliate Partner Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
